SS0602 – 16-Bit Low-Power Sigma-Delta ADC

SHORT DESCRIPTION

SS0602 is a ultra-low power, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for low frequency measurement applications. It consists of a low-power and low-noise sigma-delta modulator with 15.2-bit effective resolution.

The ADC operates from a single 1.2V supply and accepts fully differential inputs signals. The total current consumptions is 30µA. The SS0602Mm is available in a 28-pin QFN package.
